Horseshoe Island is an amazing kiteboarding spot especially low tide and S or SE winds.

Starting now we have the best kiteboarding spots for any wind direction and any tide. It took us a few years to really get everything dialed on spots. Plus we live in the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina, so everything shifts and changes constantly. We have had these spots on are radar for years and have offered sessions in the past here. Sands shifted and things changed and the spots went away or surrounding waters were too deep. now two years later the spots have come back in all their glory.

Sandollar Island
Sandollar Island is an amazing Kiteboarding spot for SW winds and W winds even NE winds. Low tide or at least mid and dropping is a must for timing.

Spot #1
Horseshoe Island, this spot is great for low tide or dropping tide and South Winds, this is our primary lesson center and has been where we have been teaching last few years.

“Bueters” or “Sandollar Island, this spot is the best SW and NE wind spot we have easy access too as well as North or Northwest winds. it is great for teaching lessons and offers an insane flatwater playground for experienced riders as well. Best at mid to low tide because the island actually disappears at high tide. Its a mirage

“Pony Point Slicks”, this spot offers insane flatware especially at high tide and is best on South or Southwest winds as well as NE.
when you pull up to this spot it is sure to have you drop your jaw. Some of the best Flatwater in the United States.

Pony Point Slicks is a great kiteboarding spot for SW Winds or South, and NE or E.
